Ciabatta bread, cut in half.  A good quality smoked turkey.  Habanero cheddar cheese. mayo. butter.

Equipment:  2 cast iron pans.  I use a large round griddle and a 12 inch fry pan.  another small fry pan

Throw both pans over burners, medium high heat if electric stove top, high if gas.

I know I disappeared but, I have a good excuse.   Presenting my adorable nephew: Eric Shawn (last name) Junior.  He made his way into the world February 8th at 4:30 PM weighing 6 pounds, 4 ounces and 19.5 inches long.

My sister Katie was set for a repeat c-section on February 18th but, Shawn didn't agree with that birthday.

Note the icing on his nose, cheeks, forehead, etc.  He really enjoyed the piece of cake and he is not a cake eater.

It's hard to believe that 5 pound baby is 4.5 years old now.  And, heading to school in September.    On a forum I read regularly we're all share pictures of our eyes, with glasses if we wear them, with no other part of our face.  It's actually a fairly neat thing to do, looking at people's eyes with no other facial reference point.
