Oh hell yeah. I found this on Tales from the Crip I need one of these, my placard on my van is boring:
Although mine is from Virginia, and red, as my dr keeps you coming to see her by only giving 6 month extensions on your permit at a time.

I sure do think that people would be much more worried about the top one than they are the bottom one. I mean who is afraid of a guy with a semicircle coming out of his ass.
